Natalie M. Burns, Esquire

Natalie M. Burns, Esquire started Burns Law Firm in 2007 after earning her J.D. and passing the Florida Bar Exam in the top 5th percentile at the age of 23. She interned at a business law firm in Boca Raton, FL where she developed her interest in representing small business clients in the sale or purchase of a business, entrepreneurships and start-ups. She has closed thousands of business transactions and has worked with small business owners throughout the State of Florida for over ten years. Ms. Burns has expanded her practice to include real estate transactions and issuing title insurance through her company Trusted National Title Insurance Agency, LLC based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Ms. Burns also provides asset protection, estate planning and tax planning services to her clients using her knowledge obtained from her L.L.M in Taxation earned at Boston University School of Law.

Jennifer Perez, Paralegal
Jennifer is highly responsive and understands the importance of effective communication with clients and all parties involved to ensure a smooth transaction. Prior to 2012 when she joined Burns Law Firm, Jennifer worked for several years at a business brokerage company where she gained her knowledge in buying and selling businesses. Jennifer has worked with small business owners in the South Florida area for over ten years and she is extremely experienced in handling all matters involving the sale or purchase of a business.
